Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers continued support for individuals who have completed PHP or those requiring a less intensive treatment option. IOP is designed to provide ongoing therapy for individuals managing both mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

What to Expect:

  • Flexible Sessions: Clients attend 3, 4, or 5 sessions per week, each lasting 3 hours. These sessions are customized based on individual needs, allowing for continued progress while maintaining daily responsibilities.
  • Continued Therapy and Support: The IOP includes both individual and group therapy, combined with case management services to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Relapse Prevention: A major focus of IOP is teaching individuals the skills needed to prevent relapse and maintain long-term recovery.
  • Therapeutic Community: Group therapy offers a supportive environment where participants connect with others facing similar challenges, fostering mutual growth and encouragement.
